我在 Android Studio 中也遇到过这个问题，从版本 2.0 Preview 6 一直到 2.0 Beta 3，这里提到的解决方案都不适合我。

结果发现它与 Instant Run 无关。我所要做的就是增加 AVD 的内部存储空间，直到以下通知消失。更改值后我还必须执行数据删除。
