在apt-get命令中，更新和升级的主要作用是什么？除了措辞之外，我没有看到任何区别。看起来更新是关于系统包的，而升级是关于软件包的。如果是这样，如何区分哪个是系统包，哪个是软件包？

简单来说:apt-get update 将更新apt 的数据库，即可用软件包的列表(以及版本的日期和编号)。其中 apt-get dist-upgrade 将升级系统中安装的所有软件包(...如果日期和/或版本不同)。
