python - Numpy 导入失败

Question

在 RPi2 上，我使用 pip-review 升级了所有软件包，但 numpy 不再工作。

我尝试通过 pip 和 apt 卸载并重新安装 numpy，但我没有运气。

Apt 安装 numpy 1.12.1，如果我尝试安装它不会通过 pip 安装。
