尝试在您的$dsn中添加charset=UTF-8，然后更改

$this->connection = new PDO($dsn, $username, $password);

到

$this->connection = new PDO($dsn, $username, $password, array(PDO::MYSQL_ATTR_INIT_COMMAND => "SET NAMES utf8"));
