python-2.7 - 端点调用者没有权限

之所以发生此错误，很可能是因为所需的 Cloud API 之一 ( https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/dashboard ) 未启用。

就我而言，我必须同时启用 Service Management API和 Service Control API .
