azure - 本地启动 azure 项目时出现 AddressAlreadyInUseException

自从我昨天重新启动计算机以来，由于此错误，我无法启动任何 Azure 云项目:-

System.ServiceModel.AddressAlreadyInUseException: Cannot listen on pipe name 'net.pipe://localhost/dfService/' because another pipe endpoint is already listening on that name. ---> System.IO.PipeException: Cannot listen on pipe name 'net.pipe://localhost/dfService/' because another pipe endpoint is already listening on that name.

我检查了项目端口，没有任何标准端口不应该也没有与任何内容发生冲突。

在最后一次尝试中，我格式化了我的机器，因为我没有太多东西，即使全新安装了 VS2013、Azure SDK 2.6 和 Windows 8.1，我仍然遇到相同的错误。

有人有类似的问题或可以建议我进入的方向吗？

它帮助我关闭了计算和存储模拟器，关闭Azure 模拟监视器 (csmonitor.exe systray 应用程序)并以管理员身份手动启动 Azure 模拟器。另外，如果它启动了Emulator Express并且您需要完整模拟器(我希望如此，因为对我来说Express没有出现此错误)，只需停止它并使用系统托盘图标启动完整模拟器即可。

只是不要让 Visual Studio 自动启动它。我不知道该错误的真正原因是什么，但这为我解决了问题。
