For jessie add this line

deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian jessie-backports main

to your sources.list (or add a new file with the ".list" extension to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/) You can also find a list of other mirrors at https://www.debian.org/mirror/list

For stretch add this line

deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian stretch-backports main

to your sources.list (or add a new file with the ".list" extension to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/) You can also find a list of other mirrors at https://www.debian.org/mirror/list

现在这些说明看起来非常清楚(而不是“相当模糊”)，您应该编辑文件，而不是运行 deb 命令。
