嗯，我有点傻，我从 ASP Mvc 5 的相关问题中找到了这个解决方案，我在我的 Startup.cs 中添加了我的 ConfigurationServices 中的以下行:

services.AddMvcCore(option => option.EnableEndpointRouting = false).AddAuthorization();

并在配置中:

app.UseMvc();

现在，我的 Controller 中的 [Authorize] 可以正常工作，如果我未经身份验证，我将无法访问我的 API。
