同样受到影响(MacOSX 除外)我发现我可以从 github 成功安装，如下所示:

library(devtools)
install_github("RGLab/flowCore",ref='trunk')

FWIW，通过使用 R 的 CRAN 版本安装 R，而不是像我以前那样从自制软件安装 R，在 MacOS 中可以更恰本地解决这个问题。
