您需要按照 Maven - Guide to using proxies 中的说明进行操作.

此外，我建议删除 M2_HOME 和 MAVEN_HOME 环境变量。请参阅MAVEN_HOME, MVN_HOME or M2_HOME 。直接设置%PATH%即可。
