我刚刚遇到了同样的问题。我认为导致该错误的原因是我之前已将另一个解决方案推送到我的网站，并且有一些剩余文件以某种方式妨碍了。

为了解决此问题，我在通过 Visual Studio 发布到我的 Azure 站点时选中了“删除目标处的其他文件”复选框。我假设您也可以在发布之前手动删除服务器上的所有旧文件。此后，网站运行良好，没有错误。
