这是一个错误。事实证明，较新的 Failsafe 插件版本(2.19.0 及更高版本)不能很好地与 Spring Boot 1.4(或更高版本)配合使用。解决方法是将 maven-failsafe-plugin 降级到 2.18.1。这是更新后的 pom.xml:
