.net - ClickOnce 错误 : Value does not fall within the expected range

Question

在为某个用户启动的 ALL ClickOnce 应用程序上出现此错误。这在版本升级后开始发生(但没有其他人发生)。

我随后尝试更改版本号、添加/删除、注册表清理、清除本地设置\应用程序文件夹等......仍然没有运气。
