当然，pip 是最新版本，我指定了 pip install psycopg2-binary。

我的 mac 的架构是 arm64。

我在网上找到了这个并且对我有用:

❯ brew install postgresql

如果你打开一个新的终端选项卡，你会看到 pg_config 可用

❯ export CPPFLAGS="-I/opt/homebrew/opt/openssl@1.1/include"
❯ export LDFLAGS="-L/opt/homebrew/opt/openssl@1.1/lib -L${HOME}/.pyenv/versions/3.8.10/lib"

❯ python -V
Python 3.8.10
❯ pip install psycopg2-binary==2.8.6
