github桌面错误 “The repository does not seem to exist anymore. You may not have access, or it may have been deleted or renamed.”

我已经安装了 GitHub Desktop 作为本地上传项目工具，我上传了一个项目“F:/test”，在我的 GitHub 主页上可以显示成功，然后我删除了这个仓库。

但我将这个项目重新发布到 GitHub。

Github Desktop显示此仓库的历史记录，并提示错误

 The repository does not seem to exist anymore. 
 You may not have [enter access, or it may have been deleted or renamed

我怎样才能克服这个错误消息？
