kehinde已经提到Bugzilla是在Linux环境中开发的。

您应该更改第1行上所有.cgi文件中的路径，

#!/usr/bin/perl -T

至

#!C:\Perl64\bin\perl.exe -T

然后重新启动Apache / WAMP服务器。有用!
