我通过在 App_Resources/iOS 文件夹中添加一个 Podfile 并在文件中添加以下代码解决了这个问题。

      config.build_settings.delete 'IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET'
    end
  end
end

这会遍历 pod，删除它们的部署目标，允许它们继承设置。必须确保在删除平台文件夹并重新构建后才能使更改生效。
添加的 Podfile 将与平台中生成的 Podfile 合并。
