服务名称是接口(interface)的完全限定名称，例如Mobile.ServiceLayer.IEmployeeData

net.pipe://localhost/EmployeeData.svc

创建一个端点，契约(Contract)是您的接口(interface)和 netNamedPipeBinding 类型的绑定(bind)。
