当我安装 Visual Studio Code 并尝试在我的新 Ubuntu 18.04 上从 jupyter notebook 运行一些 Python 代码时，我遇到了完全相同的问题。

我是如何解决的:

1) 按 Command+Shift+P打开一个新的命令面板

2) 输入 >Python: Select Intepreter to start jupyter notebook server
3)再次打开笔记本
