neo4j-shell 无法连接到 neo4j 服务器

    ...or no arguments for default values
Example arguments for local:
    -path /path/to/db
    -path /path/to/db -config /path/to/neo4j.config
    -path /path/to/db -readonly

在 3.1 中，似乎默认情况下未启用 shell 。

您将需要在启用 shell 的情况下传递您自己的配置文件:

# Enable a remote shell server which Neo4j Shell clients can log in to.
dbms.shell.enabled=true
