我遇到了同样的问题，更改目录权限解决了该问题。试试这个:

1. sudo chmod -R 777/opt/glassfishv3/glassfish/
2. 如果您使用的是 IntelliJ 之类的 IDE，则必须在 IDE 内启动 GlassFish Server。
