打开 .condarc 文件并键入代理服务器，如下所示:

proxy_servers:
   http: proxyserver.org:portNumber
   https: proxyserver.org:portNumber

确保输入不包含“http://”或“https://”。只需在两者中使用相同的服务器地址即可。

另一位用户还添加了将 anaconda.org 和 anaconda.com 添加到代理服务器异常(exception)的注释。我不需要执行此步骤。
