我在升级 PHP 时遇到了同样的问题，你可以试试这个

须藤 dpkg -i --force-overwrite/var/cache/apt/archives/apache2-bin_2.4.16-4+deb.sury.org~precise+4_i386.deb

然后安装php5

sudo apt-get -f 安装 php5

这将升级apache2，享受它。
