For the additional information I have checked network and load-balancer rules and there is no connectivity issue from the network side. (I have verified it by adding a controller in this service and I am able to retrieve results from the controller).

通过进一步的研发，我发现在 .NET Core 中，ServicePointManager已替换为 HttpClientHandler 上的配置实例本身。您需要调用.WithMessageHandler在 IHubConnectionBuilder 实例上并提供一个带有 ServerCertificateCustomValidationCallback 的 HttpClientHandler 实例放。

当我使用以下给定代码时，我无法通过 HTTPS 协议(protocol)连接 SignalR 集线器 -
