我不确定提到的特定 jar 。但是，当您进行构建时，您应该连接到互联网，因为在构建项目时会下载 POM 中引用的一些外部 jar。另外请检查提到的jar是否是maven存储库。上面的 jar 与 slf4j 相关，所以我认为如果您连接到互联网，它就会得到解决。
