我有同样的问题(这让我想到了你的问题!)。我发现默认情况下， Bamboo 代理服务以“SYSTEM”身份运行，这与我的构建不符。按照 Atlassian 的本指南更改您的 Bamboo 代理运行的用户。我这样做了，现在可以使用了。
