$ apt-cache search php5-mysql
php5-mysql - MySQL module for php5
php5-mysqlnd - MySQL module for php5 (Native Driver)
php5-mysqlnd-ms - MySQL replication and load balancing module for PHP

尝试先进行更新，然后再进行安装:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install php5-mysql
