您不能通过ConfigurationManager.GetSection 编辑配置文件

您应该打开文件并进行更改并保存文件。

注意:不要在 Debug模式下测试它。我不知道为什么在 Debug模式下更改不保存。但是正常运行时.exe文件修改保存。
