当从 VS Test Runner 或使用 mstest 从命令行运行测试时会抛出异常。Visual Studio 中的 Oracle 数据库工具抛出相同的异常。
在应用程序中，使用了 Oracle ManagedDataAccess 提供程序。软件包版本为 12.1.2400。
操作系统:Windows 10 Pro x64
本地发布到 IIS 的应用程序工作正常。数据库连接没有任何问题。

同样的问题。今天我重新打开一个 8 月份启动的控制台应用程序，Oracle 给了我同样的异常。
解决了从 NuGet 切换回 Oracle.ManagedDataAccess 版本 12.1.22 的问题。
