不知何故，您的 Microsoft.Common.targets 已损坏。

具体来说，0x0C 不是有效的 ASCII 字符(映射到 ESC IIRC)。

查看特定位置(第 1693 行，第 24 列)，并移除或修复有问题的部分。

重新安装/修复 .NET 4 框架可能有效。

或者，如果您使用的是 Windows 7，请尝试使用“恢复以前的版本”命令。
