DataGridRow 具有 Person 对象的 DataContext。 DataContext 在您的 VisualTree 中继承，因此您的 UC 具有相同的上下文。使您的示例工作:

1. 从您的 UC 中删除 BirthDayObjProperty。
2. 从您的 DataGrid 中删除这一行:DataContext="{Binding UpdateSourceTrigger=PropertyChanged}"
3. 在您的 UC 中删除这一行:DataContext="{Binding RelativeSource={RelativeSource Self}}"
