好的，我设法解决了我的问题。

要创建本地数据库，我必须使用 SQL Server 实例名称 (localDB)\v11.0 并安装 2012 LocalDB。看起来好像安装 SQL Server 2014 将 LocalDB 的 2012 版本更新为 2014 版本，而 Visual Studio 2013 与之不兼容。
