您仍然需要注册 jersey-media-multipart 附带的 MultiPartFeature。该功能将注册处理多部分请求所需的提供程序。您当前看到的错误是因为没有注册可以处理 FormDataMultiPart 的提供程序。请参阅this post有几种不同的注册方式
