卸载两者并重新安装包含 MySQL 的 XAMPP。很多时候，这些安装将以管理员身份运行，如果它将您视为其他用户，您将无权修改它们。

您还可以尝试右键单击图标启动 XAMPP，然后在卸载/重新安装之前选择“以管理员身份运行”，看看是否可以解决问题。
