所以我重新启动计算机，以管理员身份重新启动 xampp，安装服务并再次检查 phpMyAdmin，错误现在消失了。

奇怪的是，这个错误只出现在使用 mysql 工作台脚本创建的数据库上，而没有出现在其他数据库上。
