我已经下载了XAMPP，类(class)视频直接从XAMPP控制面板启动MySQL。但是我无法通过控制面板启动 MySQL。这是我收到的消息:

首先关闭您的 skype，然后再次启动您的 xamp 服务器，因为 Skype 有时会使用 xamp 所需的端口

下一步，如果 xamp 尚未启动，请进入 config 进入 httpd.conf 并搜索 Listen 80 将端口更改为 81 并将 httpd-ssl-conf 搜索 Listen 430 更改为 4430 重新启动你的xamp希望这可以解决你的问题
