问题是加密文件将为空,因此您随后尝试解密一个空字符串,但会失败。

文件为空,因为 CryptoStream 从未刷新到磁盘。

这与您没有处理任何东西有关,您需要返回并向任何实现 IDisposable 的东西添加一个 using () {} 子句(对 CryptoStream 执行此操作将正确刷新它)。
