php - XAMPP MySQL 无法连接 : invalid settings

• 更改了 Windows 7 中的环境变量和 PATH 变量
• 删除了环境变量和PATH中所有与oracle数据库相关的内容

值得注意的是，当 mysql 服务器正在监听端口 3036 时，我无法使用 xampp 和 mysql。我安装了 MySQL 服务器 5.7。
