但在我执行 cordova 平台添加 android 或 ionic 平台 android 时仍然出错:

Error: The command "android" failed. Make sure you have the latest Android SDK installed, and the "android" command (inside the tools/ folder) is added to your path.

尝试在命令行中运行android。如果找不到该命令，则说明注册的android sdk路径仍然错误
