iphone - 更新框架后 UITextView 不滚动

TextView 在未被点击时是可滚动的..即当它不处于可编辑模式时..当用户点击 .. 我更新它的框架以出现 .. 然后它不滚动 .. 结束编辑后 .. 我再次将它的位置改回它的可滚动 ..

听起来真的很奇怪。
我的建议:
1. 检查新框架中其父 View 的 UserInteractioEnable 属性是否不是 false
2. 在新的清晰项目上尝试此代码。
