if u are not use viewForZoomingInScrollView they work automatically. if you are use viewForZoomingInScrollView 
- (UIView *)viewForZoomingInScrollView:(UIScrollView *)scrollView
{

    if (scrollView ==myWebView.scrollView){

          return self.myWebView;
    }
    else
    {
        return nil;
    }
}
