From Apple's documentation:

In iOS 8 and later, user notifications can have additional custom actions. Two actions can be displayed on the lock screen, in a banner, and in Notification Center. In modal alerts, notifications can display up to four actions when the user taps the Options button.

在锁屏和通知中心，只会显示前两个操作。如果您包括其他操作(最多 4 个)，它们将显示在模态警报中。
