三种方式:

1 - 如果您遵循 Lavande 的评论，ngpsql 方法确实有效:

1. Install npgsql as Administrator (since the DLL would be pushed to GAC);
2. During the installation stage, enabled "Npgsql GAC Installation";
3. Restart the PC

2 - 对于 ODBC，我使用了这个 walk-through
