看起来您的 httpd 端口已被某些进程使用。您的 VestaCP 是否与 Apache 工作在同一 80 端口？如果是这样，您将无法运行 httpd 服务，除非将其更改为其他端口。

您还应该尝试 netstat -lptu 首先找出哪个进程正在使用该端口。
