在 build.properties 文件中，只需将 ivy.jar.url 的值更改为:

ivy.jar.url= https://repository.liferay.com/nexus/content/repositories/liferay-public-snapshots/com/liferay/org.apache.ivy/ ${ivy.version}/org.apache.ivy-${ivy.version}.jar

版本库有问题!!
