可能有点困惑，但是那里的目标目录指的是Drupal公共(public)文件系统下的路径，而不是临时文件夹(这里是源例)。

如果你update permissions在文件文件夹上，通常是 DRUPAL_ROOT/sites/all/default，问题应该消失。
