Android:添加抽屉时 ListView 不会滚动

我尝试将自定义 Navigation Drawer 添加到带有 ListView 的 Activity。在我添加 Navigation Drawer 之前，ListView 可以滚动并且您可以选择项目，但是当我添加抽屉时它不再这样做了。当我在 Navigation Drawer 上方添加 ListView 时，Navigation Drawer 工作。但是当我将 ListView 放在它下面时，Navigation Drawer 不起作用。
