Mysql 启动失败，出现操作系统错误 13

我的 Ubuntu Lucid 系统上安装了 XAMPP，一切正常。但是现在好像有点问题，mysql 无法启动。

我曾尝试恢复一些 Drupal 数据库，因此将原始文件复制到/opt/lampp/var/mysql 文件夹，就像所有其他数据库文件夹一样。而且，我想这可能是导致问题的原因。我正在粘贴错误日志的最后几行。有人请帮帮我。
