您必须为以下各项指定正确的尺寸:innodb_log_file_size=95M 在你的 my.cnf 或 my.ini 中。我猜它目前指定为 38M。

同时从您的数据文件夹中检查您有多少 ib_logfiles。如果超过 2 个，还要指定:innodb_log_files_in_group=2。
