html - 图片不显示 html css

我的 css 中有两个，试图让一个显示出来。它位于正确的位置，我从调试中知道。图片.png/员工_12_14_13得到404未找到text/html 是我在 chrome 中得到的。它在该文件夹中，所以我不确定问题出在哪里。
